New Lift for Porsche 911 and Taycan Turbo S

3 car garage but adding new Taycan left us with too many cars and not enough space. I used company called Advantage Lift (not affiliated other than I am a 1st time customer) and had decent reviews. Since I have 3 single bays (doors) vs double bays (doors) I went with the "Wide Buddy Lift" because posts sit outside the door and it worked well. Installation took them about 5 hours and it works like a charm so far! Highly recommend if your looking for more space in garage...Now to figure out what to do with the JEEP!!!

Yes, wife commented on that also....I am wrapping the 911 satin black and changed wheels to gloss black Red Calipers will post of that when that one gets back!

Very nice and could def use a 3 car garage - stuck for now with a 2.5

Installed a 4-post Bendpak lift in my garage about 5 years ago now - great piece of kit and very affordable - mostly as our area is flood prone and a great way to get my cars out of harms way albeit a very rare circumstance.

Actually plan in addition now to get a Quickjack lift as I'll likely keep the M4 Vert for a while, the CT4S and M4 will go on top in an emergency, and can use the Quickjack to elevate the wife's Mini Cooper S !

I cannot see from the pictures how the door and the door opener are not in the way of the lifted car. Did you reroute the door tracks?
Can you share a photo that shows the garage door open and a car on the lift?

Ah, sorry don't have a pic immediately handy but can post later - but you are correct I had new rails re-routed so basically the door just goes up vertically with just one horizontal panel past the bend which is still not over the lift.
This garage was actually elevated along with the house back in 2015 (basically rebuilt most off the house too at the time). I also removed the garage attic space and drywalled the whole garage so now I have over 18 ft of vertical space - roof is 10 ft above the upper deck!

That looks fantastic! You might want to consider replacing your ceiling mount garage door openers with wall mount torsion bar openers. It will free up a lot of the precious overhead space and give you more options for your lift and your jeep top hoist. They're not expensive, are quick and quiet in operation, and give a very clean look to the garage.

You can just make out the Liftmaster unit I have on the upper-left above the garage door in this pic:

Agreed - super quiet too - I have the Liftmaster Jackshaft - tied into WiFi network with app etc. - super convenient.

Yes, as ciaranob said, we had to modify the garage door so it went home higher than default and remove normal centered motor and install on wall. We also used lift master, nearly noiseless and also tied to wireless. See pictures here (look top right)...

Yes that is exactly what we did for 3rd bay with lift. Unfortunately first two bays we have apartment over garage so can not lift
