2024 GTS mapping issue

Hi, I'm having issues with my mapping on my GTS, on 2 long trips of about 200 miles. each, I set the route guidance with one charging stop , 1 hour into the trip the mapping shuts down and restart itself with no guidance! I have to re-enter the destination again which is dangerous on the motorway, 40 minutes later the same thing happened agin, and again This is happening on long journeys only has becoming very annoying is anyone else having this issue? PS: yes I have done the softwear updates and its just out of year 2 service.

It's not model specific.

It is specific to the first gen cars.

Fix allegedly due later in the year, maybe from June according to some, but no official confirmation.

One thing that I've learned from 3+ years of ownership, any Porsche software that requires connectivity often hangs, doesn't work, etc. It comes and goes, works for few weeks, craps out for a day but up to a few weeks. The good news is Porsche is improving, and the percentage of time their services crap out is very slowly going down. Bad news is, online integrations are still very new to Porsche, so they are experiencing many teething pains.

Use voice control when driving.

Widespread issue as referred to above.

Same problem with many cars in europe, try to disable Porsche charging planner in the nav setting (3 dot right corner ) seems to work …

same on my 2023 GTS; Pathetic, if you ask me.

First ever >100k car I have ever owned and have never had such an unreliable car. Continual issues needing dealer. Ive has more free coffees at the stealers in the last 2y than at Costa.
