my car has night vision and no LKA ( at least doesn't show up in vin decoder). is ACC retrofit possible? what additional parts do I need?

All Taycans have Lane Keep Assist (LKA) and have done so since launch.

Note that this is different to Active Lane Keep (ALK) which is part of ACC.

By feel and blind luck. 0/10 would not recommend.

It’ll take you 20x longer to replace and code the gateway once you misalign the plug, replace, re-pin, source and re-run fiber to the amplifier once you mistakenly yank the cable trying to unseat it.

It’s a reason why the service manual calls for disassembly. Don’t turn a $4K upgrade into a $12K repair bill.
