Correct, and the only way to know whether you SHOULD be able to charge at any given Supercharger is the Tesla app - other sources/providers/apps cannot provide first-hand information.

Does the Tesla app show those chargers as available when you set the filter to Porsche?

Tesla's "Track Mode" has always done this... the cooling fans cranking up to max is an obvious giveaway when the mode is activated

There's currently only one functional V4 Supercharger in the USA, and it's in CA, and isn't open to non-Teslas (yet)
