You can get neodyme wheels with the green, you just have to get the Mission-Es. I know this because I feel the same as you regarding that green and gold....
Was really hoping they'd add the ability to lock/unlock the car from the app for those of us with a 2020. Oh well, seems silly that you can't control the locks on a 2020 when you can every other year (and every other make of car).
My Vantage is wrapped with matte satin finish with ceramic over top. Easier to maintain than gloss IMHO. However, it does tend to show/hold more dust. But it's easier to just dust off a car than to clean the whole thing :)
A few people suggested this, but I'd negotiate a discount and use that money to cover either a wrap in the color of your choice or ppf with a matte or metallic finish that you like.
That is quite literally a perfect vehicle. Congrats Dave! Despite what you say about not "matching" the paint, I LOVE the blue wheels. Can't wait to see you post real pics.
I'm sure it's a logistics issue. 99% of the batteries go toward new Taycans and then, when one is needed as a replacement, it's pulled off the line and shipped out. That's a guess but why keep good batteries laying around in a different country?
No. New battery arrived and they just popped...
The wait time is for (presumably) a battery to be produced and sent, via ship, to Baltimore, then FedExed (yes, they use FedEx) to your dealer. The original battery does not need to be returned prior to a new battery being sent. Actual install is a day or two once the battery arrives. For me...
Exactly this. Happened to me. Sucked to be without my car for 4 months (that's how long it took to acquire and replace the battery). But now I have a 2020 with a brand new battery and an extended warranty.
Did you try the 400gb microsd? According to their website, the camera can only handle up to 128gb. Curious if anyone is successfully using over a 128gb microsd.
Anyone successfully charge at the Borgata in AC? Plugshare says they have Tesla destination chargers and I have a Tesla Tap. Curious if anyone has actual experience. Thx!
I have one installed. IMHO there's one HUGE advantage and then several drawbacks.
The advantage is ease of install. It's really just plug and play. Even running the wire takes about a minute. That's why I bought it, because I didn't have to pay for install or take apart the car and try to...
You most likely won't find an attorney who will take a property damage case only on a contingency fee (i.e., they don't charge you unless they win). You also don't want that. Using round numbers, if USAA offers you $50k on your own, but you get a lawyer involved who charges a contingency fee...
Agree 100%. I did not regularly use Car Play and only connected for longer trips when I wanted to use Waze for exactly this reason. Now Car Play connects automatically in the background and doesn't hijack the PCM. No idea what actually changed on the backend.
This happened to me in January as well as well as a few others on the forum. I just got my car back last week. What @tchavei said above is essentially it: get a loaner from your dealer and contact Porsche NA immediately to start working out reimbursement for not having your vehicle. Keep all...
