4S just about wins it for me, because there are a few extras that I think are a must. However I do put the pedal to the floor and whilst it’s quick, I’ve got used to it so I’d like more please! It’s a tough decision.
4S with Performance battery. Most of the mileage done since 1 Jan so a lot of driving below 10C.
Don’t know whether to be proud, or reconsider my driving style ?
Agree with Torx. Why should Porsche promote another brand anyway, seems madness. I see it as an opportunity for them to show you how good their cars are.
I may sound like a spoiled child but I’d put in a complaint if I didn’t get a Porsche. And I’d pull a face if it wasn’t a similar type of...
I'm along the same lines as W1NGE. For me this is a company car, in 3 years I'll have driven approx. 60k miles in the car. By that time I think I'll want to drive something different, just as I did with my last car, however the Taycan is a different class to anything else I've driven. So that...
I noticed that with mine this week. Didn’t pay enough attention so will have to try again next drive. It’s not brakes bedding in as it’s done nearly 5k now and I’ve not noticed this sound before.
Definitely sounds & feels like It’s the pedal returning back to normal position that causes the...
I get this sometimes too. Yesterday morning it connected fine and was preheated, this morning it wouldn't have it at all. No matter if I reset the app, went into settings etc. This happens to me very regularly now, seems more regular now than before the app was updated. I'm hoping this software...
There have been a few occasions where I've pressed the pedal much harder and further than usually needed, basically can't/don't want to push any harder and it still doesn't hold. It's only happened a handful of times but I find it strange that it doesn't just work the same every time.
Took me a while to find that as the hold function sometimes only seems to work if you lift off the pedal and press again. Had been expecting the function but the first couple of times I tried it didn’t work.
That’s real dedication to go through that and take those risks to own a Taycan. For me to moan about a creaky seat or a spoiler which is out by a few mm seems trivial in comparison!
Good luck and I wish you trouble-free motoring!
4.5k miles in 6 months, 3.5k of those since Jan. Driving to work in it almost every day now. Don’t do a lot of driving otherwise at the moment. Really enjoying it, no major issues just the few annoying little things like spoiler. Expect it’ll have done around 60k by the end of the 3 year lease...
Certainly wouldn't consider any of those things on my Taycan, I think the car looks just fine the way Porsche intended. However, each to their own, the roads would be a boring place if we all wanted to keep our cars stock.
Modified number plates do annoy me, the smoked ones where you basically...
