I have heard about Teslas having this issue from someone else. They had some lights changed on a Model X after first being told there was a test to see if the condensation was within tolerance, apparently had become quite a common problem. He kicked up a fuss and got them changed.
I'm thinking...
There's not a lot I don't love about my 4S. Everything has already been said; the way it looks, the way it handles, the acceleration. It took me a while to get the seat settings there but it's also comfortable and the interior is a nice place to be.
Why did I go for a Taycan? I was already...
Agree on the charge port cover. At first thought it was great, but now it’s more annoying when it either doesn’t work first time when you want it to, or it does work first time when you don’t want it to, for example cleaning the car.
I do find surround camera useful now I’ve got used to the weird view. It’s better than having nothing especially with the lack of visibility out of the back. When the cameras are clean & dry that is, which is not that often.
I would’ve gone for Exclusive design wheels instead of the turbo aero...
Has anyone else noticed condensation inside the rear light bar? I’ve got it all the way along, also in the side markers.
not the easiest to see in the photos because of reflection. It was like this before I washed it. Don’t use a pressure washer.
I’m thinking this isn’t great and if it doesn’t...
Nice one, glad to hear it stands up so well to an M4. Another car I would otherwise be worried I might lose against!
Our little race was from around 50-120. I’d have said I was actually pulling away but it happened so quick and then I had to lift off for the traffic, so hard to know for sure...
So on my way home the other night I was joining the dual carriageway and I saw this thing clearly moving quickly in the outside Lane coming up to the junction. My natural reaction of course was to floor it. Had no idea what this car was, but as I was accelerating as fast as I could, it wasn’t...
I use Bass 5, Treble 3, surround sound, soundtrue and audiopilot.
I like the way Audiopilot works, but when you hit 120+ it gets a bit too loud.
Listening via Spotify over bluetooth, I set the volume to 18 when I get onto the motorway which seems to be about right for me most of the time. Also...
Think I’ve found evidence of what’s been happening. In the photo you’ll see part of the seat frame with a patch where the paint has clearly worn away and is showing bare metal. It’s not present on the other side (pictured is the side nearest the door). I think when the seat flexes that part is...
I was told by my dealership that they are aware of a few cars affected by the issue, didn’t say if it was 2020 models only, didn’t think to ask. They told me Porsche are aware and have advised them to await a recall so they can follow the procedure.
So it’s not a recall yet but expect it will be...
They told me they had when I collected it. They definitely identified the noise in their investigation.
They said it was the seat rubbing on the bump stops, so they greased something. It seemed ok at first but by the time I was back home it had just started again. Now a couple of weeks later...
I think you’ve got the wrong end of the stick with my post.
I have very little knowledge on this subject but am interested and had an idea. So I was firstly saying that according to the Taycan website, all cars with the same battery size but all producing different peak power, only show a very...
I expect someone might tell me that the larger motors operate more efficiently and therefore this quick comparison is flawed.
Per the Taycan website (and I know these range figures are hypothetical), all cars with the 93KwH battery and all with the same assumptions including wheels, the range...
