[opinion] - hmmm…VW/Audi/Porsche _IS_ in trouble… [⚠️ ADMIN WARNING: NO INSULTING / POLITICALLY CHARGED POSTING]

I saw 2 of them in Dubai on a showroom floor. They are really good looking in person and both were sold.

New Rival: AMG GT - 4 Door Coupe - 1169hp

Thats the previous suspension. The new Active Suspension uses hydraulic actuators on each wheel, like the Porsche Active Ride. Porsche uses the ZF system

New Rival: AMG GT - 4 Door Coupe - 1169hp

A fully equipped 63 is about the same price as a Turbo GT and a fully optioned Turbo S It does have an Active Ride like Taycan. Even some Chinese OEMs have them now. As Active Ride becomes more ubiquitous, it will come down to how its turned.

Official: Manthey Kit for the Turbo GT with Weissach (Nordschleife lap record: 6:55.533)

More up close video of the Signal Green Manthey. The quality and installation looks good. They also put reflectors instead of the fake vents on the rear bumper

    Turbo GT front lip replacement

Yes I'm very picky. I plan on changing it once a year as routine maintenance. I like to keep close to concours level as possible. Even seat rails have no dust. My RS E-Tron GT was practically flawless after 3 years, 36k miles with only a couple of swirl marks that someone else did.

    Ferrari Luce EV

I like it for a daily driver EV for $70k. I think its cool looking, but not for a Ferrari at 10x the price it should be. The configuration took is live. Pretty Granular...

    Ferrari Luce reveal

That's a great idea to remove the badge. The Luce looks like a sporty Honda Prologue and it looks great for a $60k EV. I think sometimes they just don't care what the customer thinks because they know better. The Steve Jobs method

    Ferrari Luce reveal

One only wants an SP allocation that the dealer won't give them This is bad At least it won't displace Purosangue sales

    Comfort Entry

In the US it doesn't have the bucket seats that are manual, unfortunately. The steering wheel is manual though.

    Comfort Entry

I don't have comfort entry and it makes it difficult to get in and out of the car. It made a huge difference having it on my RS Etron GT Also I leave my key in my car when I'm in public too. People don't know you can just lift the door handle even they are down

    This seems to represent consensus.

New Rival: AMG GT - 4 Door Coupe - 1169hp

Looks like the Black Series is coming. Maybe that will be over 1300hp

New Rival: AMG GT - 4 Door Coupe - 1169hp

Coupes are a limited market and sports car segment doesn't want an EV. Thats why the 718 EV is still in question

New Rival: AMG GT - 4 Door Coupe - 1169hp

J1.2 battery is 105kwh gross compared to 106 for the MB. The Yasa motors are half the weight of Taycans. The Mercedes is about 5300lbs, but I doubt thats gross weight

    Turbo GT discontinued?

There are only a handful of options, like aluminum peddles, rear light bar, Race tex door sill, unlike the Non Weissach that has a whole lot more. Both come with all of the performance related options and standard
