Hi, i just learned (from TYD) that my GTS is delayed from September to late December. I'm not happy about getting a 2022 model year at the end of 2022 or maybe 2023. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm seriously thinking about canceling and buying a used 4s.

I forgot about the tax credit. So it's about a 19 k difference between a used 4s in good condition, low miles, 2021, and a new GTS. Not really a clear-cut win. I guess I don't have to decide till near when the car come in. Maybe things will have stabilized by then?

My car flipped from a delivery date of TBD (where it's been for a while) to 8/29. Very cool. The deposit was paid 12/5, allocated toward the end of December, frozen last Friday. Time to get the electrition moving and figure out how I'm going to pay for this puppy :)

I got my allocation from Marin. I tried to get it from Redwood city, but they want an extra $20k, so I walked. Redwood city is way more organized, but $20k is $20k. Deposit in early December, I think I locked last Friday.

This is great info. Thanks to everyone for your input. I'm new to the track. And its a hobby for me -- mostly a place where I can push the car. It's crowded in the bay area and the HP does not take too kindly if they catch you over 100 mph :)
