Interesting! They are pretty cheap and I already have a TeslaTap. Unfortunately it’s pretty hard to find a new Gen 2 charger. Wonder how they are able to sell these so cheap.

Unfortunately not too many options available for the 80A EVSE, only the PWCC and the Clippercreek, which is ugly as sin and $500 more expensive to boot.
One more question! Does the PWCC charge non-Porsche cars without problems? I saw that some folks had issues with charging non-Porsche cars using the PMCC.
To close the loop on this, I ended up ordering the weathertech custom fit trunk and frunk liners for the Taycan. It does fit perfect on the CT as well AND it doesn't cover the 2 side wells! The trunk mat does cover the 2 inner D rings, but not the 2 outer D rings.
I just called 1-800-PORSCHE and supposedly there's a campaign for updating the network module on my car to VR19.0.1. Strange since I picked up the car last Thursday. Ah well, off to the dealer!
Nice! I like the cleaner look of no visible conduit. Is there a knockout at the back of the unit to pull in the THHN wire from the junction box? Could I trouble you to take a picture of the inside of the unit?

Thanks for the super detailed write-up satchurator! Do you know if it's possible to have the conduit enter the unit from behind (i.e. mount over a junction box) as opposed to having the conduit exit the wall, then enter the PWCC from the bottom/top?

Yeah, unfortunately we had a whole trip planned around picking up the car. The app works, I can actually see the car’s charge and other stuff, just can’t switch the profile on the car.
I picked up my car at PEC LA on 21 July and wasn't able to login on the car. The login credentials took but I can't actually switch to my or my wife's users (something about not being able to activate the account). I'm stuck in guest mode currently. Could the current server issues be the cause?
I have a similar issue! Took delivery of a CT Turbo S last Thursday at PEC LA and haven't been able to connect my Porsche account! The SOS light is green as well. Sounds like I need to make a trip to the dealer.
Do the weathertech Taycan Cargo/Trunk liners work with the CT? They only have the trim-to-fit one available on their site right now. I'm referring to this one: https://www.weathertech.com/porsche/2022/taycan/cargo-liner/
