Assuming you're good with how the car is spec'd (color, options, etc), I think condition would be more relevant than miles at that level. My thoughts:
- Can you get battery SoC data?
- Have factory updates been completed?
- Bodywork condition?
No question for me that Temperature is the biggest single variable (assuming driving style is a constant).
Over the past 18 months I've seen a 50 difference from summer to winter when driving the same roads in the same style.

First point for me would be - How does it drive? Any vibration? Does it track straight if you lift your hands from the wheel?
Getting an alignment check at a qualified garage might be a small cost for a high peace of mind though.
As a motorcycle owner, it's just something we do - change the brake fluid every couple of years.

At the time of replacement I recall the service tech telling me they replaced with the same unit as the factory build, so don't be surprised if it fails again. Hence my lack of surprise.

First heater replaced in Feb 2023.
Pretty sure replacement unit has failed. Made a dealer appointment to have it checked. Said it would be one hour to diagnose and then I'll take back in when they confirm parts availability.
I rotate between a Defender (Diesel), an Audi (ICE), three bikes (plus sometimes some vintage bikes) and the Taycan.
My biggest issue is remembering how much fuel is in each vehicle. It is not uncommon for me to pick what to use based on if I can bothered to go to a gas station.
