I had it done but I think some people did not - I think it really depends on what was disconnected/moved during dismantling .

Did you try to clear and see if it goes away? Was there damage to the bumper to trigger calibration ?

I have the normal steel ones (red caliper) with 21" RS Spyder allows - fitment should be the same across all 21" . I've not tried other Taycan break (maybe on test drive I did but can't remember).

I had this problem a lot when I did the coding first time. The recents attempts have worked first time. Not doing anything different but when modules load, I select it and then hit coding rather than next . Then I follow the normal steps. Hit back once it tells me about connecting online.

Glad you were safe. EV are quite dangerous when they brake down on highway as they start braking. I had a yellow electric error, turned out to be both radiator fans (battery and climate) but I was able to turn off and turn on the car and continue journey . Warranty covered it.

“the j1.1 the GTS and Sport Design bumpers were different” not sedan/saloon. Sport design front bumper just had large vents across base/4S/GTS. if you had the carbon package then you got the turbo lower splitter in carbon. turbo got the body coloured lower splitter as standard

Anyone wanting to enable rear DRL, you only need to set sl_at_drl to active. do not set drl_mmi, drl_break and drl_at_sl to active . If you do then the rear bar will only come on when you’re in drive and not parked.

Got working with just sl_at_drl . Now when ignition is on both front and rear drl are on.

Set everything back to inactive except SL_at_DRL , will wait for day light to test. anyone know what these two do? I wonder if it’s related to the start up animation j1.2 has.

I set "drl_at_sl to inactive " but it did not resolve the issue and Rear light still comes on. I am going to start reverting each thing 1 by 1 until I make it work or revert back to stock.

Tried Mapev and cleared some nonsense codes but this wouldn’t clear. Any ideas what this is? Just map db for navigation ?
