Never given it any thought. Usually park in whichever mode i arrived in be it sport of highest level. Can't think a few cm height here or there will make any difference to longevity, but i aint an engineer either!

I have the chassis height set to the lowest level. The chassis is set to sport - ie this is the stiffness of the suspension. So harder than normal, but softer than sports+. they are separate tick boxes / settings.

My individual mode is sports+ setting but with the chassis set to sport and the regen turned off. Rides nicely, and plenty nippy.

Battery degradation is a real concern for most of us i guess, especially if you plan to keep it for a while (as i do). Im still very much and EV newbie and i've no idea how older Tesla batteries have fared. Moreover, i don't know if other brands have similar redundant capacity as the Taycan. But...
