I agree.
Best policy is to just continue with the trade deficit.....as others have done for years.
Eventually someone else will probably deal w/it.....I guess.
No sense in making others in the world unhappy w/us.....safer to just be played.
Essentially
Yep......918 as well as i8 Bimmer.......there are more.
It takes guts and commitment to the core idea that you pay your Design Dept for.
By the end of 2017 this became a sell-out to go after the EV market........not build a truly next-gen Pcar.
The launch (before the 1st one has been made and by all available metrics) is supposedly.....already an unqualified success.
I've been in business and run companies for 25 yrs and it's not real common to throw big stuff in free, after you already have the sale.
Porsche just did.
I know they had...
So......if the pre-launch has been incredibly successful.......'sold-out first year of production'.......hint that Zuffenhausen will double planned production......press out there that many or most of the 1st reservations are to current Tesla owners....etc, etc........so it's a success before...
Early in the narrative it is mentioned this is a good way to get a look at the new Taycan.....
These are CG images of the 2014/15 white design study......sorry, not the Taycan.
I do mean 'sorry'.......since the Mission E was an incredible work by the Zuffenhausen design team.
Well.....he shares nothing that's not already been shared long ago.......except mentioning a 'heat pump'.
I'm sure everyone had been waiting to hear if the rear seats would be heated, so he wanted to get that out there.
A good question that could have been posed, that he would have found...
Not real.......this computer graphic 1st made it's way around late summer........it 'depicts' the original 2014 white design study. It is not the Taycan body.
For what it's worth....and this is not my list.....but others have done graphic silhouette comparos of the E body to the mule body.....and these were some of the observations:
·Roof line is definitely different......the front window rake is different
·The whole front profile of the car is has...
Ahhhh....no.
That rendering was from the original 2014 Design Dept work.......you can see it in an early the early PR video that was put out giving credit to the Design Dept back then for their incredibly bold, next-gen, Porsche design. Here.
Unfortunately.....almost certain that since Blume...
The renderings are nice and far too complimentary.
What a shame we will never see the form of the beautiful 2015 Mission E make it to production.
With Marketing winning over AG's Design team in early 2017 it appears that the 'Taycan', has become a fairly nondescript 4-door sedan.
Unfortunate.
