Heard absolutely nothing. I have emailed Autoexpress to try and get some consumer advice. I will contact the ombudsman next week to file a complaint. I emailed VWFS last thursday voicing my concerns and expressing my dissatisfaction, no reply. I've had enough at this point.

Still no update. Spoke with VWFS today, my case hasn't been allocated an investigator. They are permitted 8 weeks to try and resolve my complaint, before I can independently contact the FCA (i think they said FCA) if not, its one of the UK independent regulatory bodies. I'm not hopeful.

Mine is a very early j1.2, the dealer had it in May 24, not that it should make any difference.

Exactly, I haven't got a clue! I have 5 photos taken on separate occasions (out of the 11+ events) and the messages are jargon. Post update last june, the message wording changed slightly.

This is why I have given up all faith in it being fixed, and want rid. I also got the impression my local OPC were happy to not see it again. I could be going round in circles and spending more and more money with no car on my drive.
