The facts are Taycan is now priced @911 levels. They’ve blown right past their earlier price quotes. Having said that I’m sure it will be class leading. I’ve owned 9 Porsche’s and believe they are the best manufacturer. I’m just pointing out the facts
It’s called misdirection and price creep d/t unanticipated costs of an out of the box EV, which I understand as a matter of economics even if it is poor PR
I ordered a Macan when they first released it. Six months or more prior to the release my SA was sending emails from Barber after his training with biweekly updates. We’ve seen nothing like this with Taycan as per your post. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see a significant delay.
Agree. The E Tron battery/range issues presage the same for Taycan. Just spitballing here, but I wonder if , given VW Group’s stated EV goals going forward, would a Tesla/VW merger or acquisition make sense?
