Just Got my 2023 Taycan GTS ST back from the Dealer. Battery Sealant Recall check took one day. The DEALER also replaced a pressure valve as part of the recall check and upgraded the PCM software as part of another service bulletin. No issues with the Battery thankfully.

I wrapped my chalk Taycan sport turismo in a metallic clear ppf. I have not had any sensor issues. Note I chose PPF over vinyl wrap as it is much more durable and provides more protection. Slightly higher cost.

I had my entire car wrapped in color change PPF - luckily haven’t had any of the issues you suggest. I think the shop that did the wrap is responsible and should pay to get it fixed.
