Interesting. We have our delivery pretty imminent, they only gave us a quote at the start of Sept which was way above 5%. The interest rate, plus current inflation, compounded our decision to pay cash.

The UK interest rates on the loan is vastly higher than the 2-3% mentioned in this thread. I think the last quote we got from Porsche finance for a PCP was around 8% interest, at which point makes cash the better option (if your circumstances allow).

The colours help easier functionality / UX. Easier to pick what you want at a glance, which is what you want when driving. However, from a purely aesthetic point of view, yes it’s a step back.

Looks like a sensible spec to fit within your budget. Personally, I would go for the 2 tone black / beige, as it adds a nice bit of contrast to the dark external colour. You could save a bit by dropping the passenger screen and putting the money into something more practical, such as Park Assist...
