I personally find it unprofessional that dealers do not have basic parts in stock that are known to be prone to failure. What’s even more frustrating is that I had to wait a whole month to get my winter tire set because they did not have any in stock either.
You can set up preconditioning through PCM inside air con settings. Once done it’ll start preheating the car when you unlock it, considering it sits inside a garage and no stranger can access it is a great solution.
Moving to where? ?
Great video but since a lot of drivers’ IQ on the road is below room temp, once EVs become massively popular these chargers will need to be able to identify vehicle type (thus find out max charge rate) and if a vehicle cannot accept at least 2/3 of the power provided by the charger - gtfo to the...
Nothing to worry about. The underside is made tough to tolerate all the abuse. Unless it’s a puncture you’re all OK.Here’s mine from a couple months ago.
Yes that’s the reality. There are no approved 21” winter tires, only 20” and 19” (at least that’s what I was told as well).
Porsche needs special N0 indexed tires, otherwise say goodbye to your warranty.
When I had to change mine I bought 20” Aero Rim and Tire package from the dealer.
Well for instance my car sits outside so if there’s snow it usually accumulates around the front right tire, which in result lowers its temperature and decreases pressure. To balance them alll out I just need to drive for long enough, pumping won’t help here ?
It is not a safety issue for a reason. Thing is that cold air is used to defog the windshield, not hot air. At least in mine it worked with the heater dead. Waiting for mine to be replaced.
Thanks a lot! Away from the front lines it's relatively safe. Occasional missile strikes but our Air Defense gets about 90% of them every time. By the way the power grid is now back up completely, no more charging issues :)
Heater just died, 8300kms on the clock. “Enjoying” dealer’s Macan as well now lol, no speed limit though, can go as fast as I want :D. They said it’s 2-3 weeks before the new one arrives.
Looks awesome, thanks for your suggestion. I’ve already dropped my car off at the the detailing shop. They will fix all the chips and wrap it fully in transparent PPF.
??? yeah the lights are all off, before the war broke out it was lit bright as day. You won’t believe how many cars from the US come here, every 3rd car on the street is American made. We’re not exactly the richest country and these cars while being of the same class are almost twice cheaper...
Nope! It was delivered here by a boat after it had an accident in the US. The new owner fixed it and started blasting, just like the previous one. We’ve got a lot of cars from the US here: Mustangs, Passats, Challengers Chargers Corvettes and many others. Once a car is totaled by insurance in...
I do keep that in mind, it’s a car and it’s destined to be damaged anyway because it’s driven daily. My hopes aren’t that high to have it fixed flawlessly but at least I hope some shop make these chips not so visible.
Oops forgot to mention that it’s not just three, I’ve only attached the nastiest chips. It’s a bit peppered, probably about 20 other tiny chips on fenders and the bumper. But now I have some hope, thanks again
