    That's simply the mechanism to ensure that the driver is being attentive by testing if you are applying torque to the steering wheel. If you rest your hands too lightly the car thinks your hands aren't on the wheel and it will warn you with that message.

    Like I said, it's the only one like it :) Tesla actually built a full lounge complete with a coffee bar, nice bathrooms, vending machines, and some tables/chairs for sitting. My main point being that Superchargers have a LOT more stalls than your average EA station.

    Picture your typical EA station with its 4 stalls. Now picture pulling up your Taycan to this. Granted, it's the only one of its kind, but it would be really nice to have the Superchargers available for our Taycans.

    Thanks, yeah I realize that optimizing your braking with recup off is the most optimal. TBH I'm not really concerned with my consumption for city driving, it's when I go on road trips and am driving long distances on freeways that it will really matter.

    It's not uncommon for the dealer to need a few days to detail the car, install software updates (like AMB5), and in general get it ready for delivery. In my case I got lucky and the dealer actually turned it around in 1 day.

    I usually drive with Auto recup on and it definitely does slow the car down, so I suppose that means it's on and active and I am out of the break-in period?

    Are you saying you don't have the same issue? I don't look at my consumption every short drive but I believe it regularly starts out in the 400s-500s before settling down into the 300s. I also only have 700 miles so maybe my regen braking isn't fully activated yet? I remember reading about that.

    My consumption is also always super high to start out trips of any length. Not sure why, I just assumed it was some bad calibration that needs some miles to average it out.

    Same exact thing here. I've gotten that PROXCAN error when trying to use Plug & Charge. Charging NA app shows backend server error in My Vehicles. If I turn off Plug & Charge and manually initiate from Charging NA app, I can charge.
