Also, it worked perfectly fine for me for 360 days and almost 18,000 miles of charging. Not sure why it's now overheating.
I have the exact same issue. I picked my car up on July 1, 2021, so almost exactly one year ago. I have had almost 17k miles of trouble free charging. I have not had a chance to take the car in yet, so I just set the EVSE on 50% and it charges fine. I need to get it fixed though.

I have the Mustart Travelmaster. It has replaceable supply leads to adapt to different plug types. I have used it multiple times on the road, and it works perfectly.

Oh my CT4S, I routinely charge to 85% and my range always shows right around 200 miles. That equates to 235 miles at 100% SOC.
I do mostly 35 miles to work and 35 miles home each day.
