I went from Porsche to Maserati to Aston Martin to Porsche. Despite the price, Porsches are volume cars (maybe not compared to Ford, but you get the point). You buy a Macan or a used Boxster (love both), you get the same people and experience as a loaded 911. Maserati I found slimey and to be...
I am UK based so cannot really answer your other questions.
Love the colour - I have the same coming next month. Wheels...those are the only set I could not live with - just too much like hub caps/what you would find in a Prius - but taste is subjective!
Pano roof would be a must for me also -...
Ordered September, build locks next week and goes into production first week of March. This was with zero people ahead of me in the Turbo queue (24 were ahead in the 4S queue!). This car best be worth it, the additional time has led to the option list growing every week - just think of the money...
Volcanic Grey is classic - nice metalic grey. Used to have a Panamera in this colour and liked it very much, it is "smart". Gentian blue changes colour in the sun - from a dark navy to almost purple in bright light. It's more sporty/cool.
So it depends, smart or cool/funky?

Wow, that is an epic spec. Is the PSCB worth it when you will be using regen 95% of the time? I have a HUD on X5 and love it, but tried a Panamera with one and found that it was simply in the way given the driving position and there is essentially no gap between the view of the road and...
Ordered a Turbo in September with no one ahead in the queue (versus 20+ for a 4S)and still no build slot in December... All dealers saying 9 to 12 months for Turbos and to stay put. The lack of news is very frustrating!
