Just to confirm the same for me here in the UK - car in tomorrow for WMA5/7 etc and asked about having the recall work done as well. No dice, they don't have the software yet, so I'll have to return for that. Frustrating, but I guess understandable.

Mine was installed by an Andersen approved installer (called Elecolgy who were great) The OLEV grant dropped to £350 on 1st April 2020 Looking at the Andersen site it still looks like £995 for the unit + £400 installation, so you should be getting £1045 after the grant?
