I got 260-ish at Electrify America in Waterford CT. It was a normal temperature day and I didn't even pre-condition by entering it into GPS. I did arrive with low SOC.
I bought my wife a Birkin which she kept on leaving out in plain sight in the Taycan. I told her it would get stolen but she wouldn't listen to me, so I took it from the Taycan without her knowing. I was thinking of making it look more like a theft by breaking the window, but I first practiced...
If you read the details it's less impressive (181 vs. 175) but this picture in another article about this was hilarious:

Those are the 19" wheels, right? Despite official figures that 20" are more efficient.
Also I expected to see a new model, "Taycan Cross Country", was confused when it was the regular sedan.
The included mount (mag) won't work as is. You have to modify it so that the mount is sideways. Note you can NOT mount the detector itself sideways as it won't detect the signal correctly. Mounting it upside down does work but again the standard mount doesn't allow that.
Actually, the Escort is far enough forward (towards the windshield) that you can partially flip down the visor, enough to block the sun. But it will also cover the rear antenna.

For the cost of carbon fiber trim pieces, I wish they made them replace some structural components and...
Finally someone driving it faster than 60 mph.
The car is shorter than I thought - more like Cayman than 911. Looking forward to the electric Cayman now.
At first I thought the sound was cool, it quickly got annoying though.
Not sold on the carbon fiber rollcage, doesn't carbon fiber shatter?
Also, don't forget that Bose doesn't just cost extra money, it takes away space from your trunk (that you could use to store your charger/charging cable).
I've experienced all three systems and I care about music and to me Bose wasn't worth it (even though I spent 20x more on my home system). Bass is boomy (instead of hitting you in the chest fast), soundstage is still small, and it's lacking detail (although even if it wasn't you wouldn't notice...
YMMV but I went over 200 miles with range mode set to 85 and going at that speed as often as I could. I was actually glad to have the speed limiter as otherwise it'd be hard to control myself from going faster.
