I always set the time for 10 after the planned departure. Then it's not cold but not too warm either. But the 60 minutes don't matter, because if the journey is shorter, the timer stops automatically.
The charging process starts automatically as soon as the Kangoo is plugged in. If the batteries are too warm, however, he does not. Not even later when the batteries have cooled down again. The Kangoo is fooled by the restart to be unplugged and plugged in again. No, I have not tested it yet.
The reason I ask is that our Kangoo does not start charging when the batteries are too warm. It does not automatically charge when the batteries have cooled down. Therefore, my thought is whether you can restart the charger via WLAN or remotely to initiate the charging process?
Reboot, do not switch through the different modes. I could not find an option
For example, if there is an error. Or the loading process does not start.
All write about warranty. It is not a guarantee, only an insurance. The price can not be negotiated. In contrast to my Panamera, this insurance is already extremely expensive. No wonder the insurance must also calculate.
I personally have not used it. But you can take it out later if known...
For starters, I would set the timer to 07:20 and 80%. Then the car is warm enough for departure, whether plugged in or not, by 07:15.
At 25% consumption per day, I would also not plug in every day. Only when SOC is below 30-35%.
That's how I set it.
at this speed the consumption is also very low. ;)

is there any statistics for this?
