Perhaps the update will address freezing posted speed limit display. This started for me, in a MY 2021 4S after the WNA5 firmware update just installed.

Aha! It appears to reset and work for a while, then starts up. Did you have any luck with a fix? One of the posters on this thread suggested “reset terminal 20“. I don’t know how that is done or where terminal 20 is located.
That was intended as a mild joke, as we were getting off into a discussion of the proper way to refer to Ukraine, and a poster, in reply and, for emphasis, no doubt, used the F bomb. As it turns out, the F bomb, itself, is changing in affect, if not meaning, creeping into the popular vernacular...
You’ll notice I am being told I am exceeding a 55 mph speed limit while stopped.
Worse, the speed limit icon freezes at 55 mph, even in school zones! I tried setting Innodrive to track changing speed limits, and that doesn’t work either. We just cruise along at any speed limit I set in cruise...
Mystery solved!
A patient and courteous support person explained as follows:
Owners of 2021 Taycan were given a 3 free months trial of Inodrive and Active Lane Keeping on delivery. Thereafter, they were given the opportunity to purchase each service, good for the lifetime of the vehicle...
Right. The car starts charging right away if you are below your minimum, 50% in your case. To charge only during certain hours of the day you must set up a separate time profile, then engage that, plus the 50% one, to operate simultaneously. There’s a YouTube video on how to do this. It seems...
I doubt that there is some nefarious purpose behind what happened to me. Rather, until I receive a better explanation from Porsche, I’m assuming they have a systems problem that requires attention. If true, others will face a similar experience. I posted mine to put others on alert.
Thx.
Observe, though: the app correctly determined that I had both services installed, but it (or, more likely, some back end processing) did not know that the services previously had been paid for. So something is wrong, somewhere. I’m assuming it’s a software issue, and, if so, others may be...
Hi folks!
We’ll, what a surprise and a personal best!
Today I downloaded the new “myporsche” 2.0 app. I logged in, and it does seem to work.
Minding my own business, I later checked my email and found a Porsche Smart Mobility, Inc., email, informing me that PSMI had just charged me the...
I got a letter from Porsche about a week ago. According to the NHTSA the recall was issued on October 31, so a six week delay.
My dealer was able to arrange for the required software fix in about 2 weeks. I was told it will take more than one day to service. I don’t remember seeing this recall...
Thanks for the encouraging report. I’m about to take off on a trip myself. you mention a “charging planner.” Which one was it: Porsche Connect or Charging NA? Thanks again. Steve
There is an interesting and active thread on a mystery drop in range just recently. Further investigation led to the discovery that the culprit may be newly installed sticky tires (presumably for better spirited driving). This led to a discussion of tire inflation, among other matters. Given...
Try 3 weeks! I was on vacation and left it home. Same battery %, about 54% (I was trying to be close to the 50% storage percentage recommended in the manual).
