Porsche recommends leaving car unplugged around 50% to optimize battery life. Charging with 110V is no longer recommended by Porsche as that might drain the 12V even faster.

Problem is braking normally is 95% by Regen. Find a big parking lot or another flat big space. Reverse the car flat out and slam on the brakes a couple times. There is no Regen in reverse.

Sounds like a dead 12V. A common issue with the newer cars but was supposed to be fixed with software update. Is your car running the latest software and up to date with recalls?
