I went with a lightly-specced Turbo vs. a fully loaded 4S. My last Porsche was a fully-loaded Panamera 4S (specced it to $170k), and I always felt like it was missing some HP/TQ and I regreatted not getting the Turbo or waiting for the GTS. So in this case I went in the other direction.

Great color (especially with the black wheels)! I was between this and the green one I just got.

Would have been more frustrating the other way around (selecting one and not getting it) lol. But yeah, it seemed to have been a confusing time to order.

It was a weird period where even Porsche NA wasn't sure what was going on as they were switching the other charger from being mandatory and free, to mandatory and paid, to optional. It all turned out okay and now I have an extra charger lol, not the worst thing in the world.

Good thought, I haven't spent much time with the car so I haven't even noticed yet, but I'll check it out.

At the time of my order, there were speculation that it wouldn't come with anything unless you paid for it in the options. But yes, you're 100% right.

How are you guys setting the car not to charge over 85%? I can't seem to find that functionality in the Porsche Connect App. I only see a "minimum charge".

I don't think I need it honestly - I don't plan to use the car for road trips (we have my wife's car for that). But yeah, maybe.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I spent so long installing the Mustart too.. like I had to install wood panels in the garage to attach it to, wire organizers, etc.. lol

Weird, for me it was an extra cost option, so I declined it and bought a 3rd party one and the car came with it anyway lol
