That's my experience. At 85% charge, temps below 20 degrees fahrenheit, I've seen 136 miles of range. And I have seen a bunch at 145-150 in the winter, it's not a "one off" experience.
I see a 30% drop in range in temps here that are 10-15 degrees farenheit. Car does always "start" after leaving it out all day. One thing I noticed, the car won't allow you all the power when the battery is very cold. Only get about 70% power. On the power meter you can see that the bar to the...
I love all these "tests" and articles.....
Here's what I know. It was 10 degrees farenheit this week and my car got 136 miles of range @ 85% charge. The Bullshit guesstimate was at 202 miles at 85% when I was in the garage. When I drove 8/10 of a mile the range guesstimate was already down to...
I agree with most of your top paragraph comment. I would also agree with your bottom paragraph statement. But I would add that the glitches really are pretty annoying. I have error messages every time I get into the car (seemingly none of the messages are accurate as all functions still seem to...
I bought it because it IS ELECTRIC. It makes sense to me to pour less carbon emissions into the atmosphere.
It is a very good riding and performing car, other than RANGE. If It wasn't for the fact that it is electric, there are other Porsche cars that are very desirable and far more reliable...
I could NEVER make that trip without one charge somewhere before destination. If it was summer I would have about 190 miles of range MAX at highway speeds - maybe less(@100% charge). If it was winter, It would be about 160 miles (@100% charge). If I baby the car around in summer I have seen 242...
Mt Chevy Tahoe App works fantastic. The App for the 911 us useless, idiotic. The App for my wifes Range Rover is shit, never use it. The Taycan App works on and off, and it's basically shit.
I saw that in a 4s I was in also. I NEVER see that on my car. ! mile away from my house and the range is already down by 6-8 miles. The guesstimate is a complete joke.
Uh, no. I never go by the guesstimate, as it's woefully wrong. I charged to 85% the other evening, 26 degrees outside, I drove some parts of the highway over 90mph, most was city driving and pretty tame. The guesstimate after charging to 85% was 211 miles. I returned home that evening with 10...
