Wanted to ask for advise on what is the best course of action after a low speed collision.
I was parked in a queue of traffic with the auto hold on, when the car in front rolled back into my front end.
Low speed impact - probably 10mph and on initial inspection no damage. I took her details...
I think I read that on this forum. No sign of them cancelling it. I did try to switch it back on several months ago, but it failed to recognise the car so gave up again.
I also have 2 EV's, Octopus Energy and the Wallbox Max.
I initially turned on the Intelligent Octopus Go and Smart charging but found that my 2nd EV often wouldn't charge. So I turned off the smart charging and just put a timer on the Wallbox to turn on at the off-peak times. This gives me 6...
I previously had to apply a lot of pressure to get it to come on. Also just checked and when hold comes on the pedal does lower slightly so it’s below the accelerator pedal. Hard to explain but not noticed that before.
Pedal stays roughly where it was before.
Its the amount of pressure you apply before the HOLD appears that has changed making it much easier (and better).
Brake hoses replaced and WPK0 update applied.
Noticeably different feel to the brakes, much sharper, less travel to get them to bite and once stopped far less pressure to get the Hold to come on.
Mine is in today for this recall.
Been booked for over a month now, but they are also fixing the boot as it won't open with the button, key or interior button. First car I've ever owned where the boot doesn't work - new one on me.
I think you might be right. But to save the individual settings I had to use those 3 dots. If I changed it through the Car menu and not used the 3 dots it doesn’t save.
So basically it was user error
I don't believe that the individual saves your ride height.
Which makes it pretty pointless to me.
It seems that whatever you select in Normal, Sport or Individual for ride height is the same.
I wanted different ride heights for Normal and Individual and it doesn't save between the...
I gave up with the Smart Charging as I need to charge both electric cars at home. Its just easier to plug in and then know that it will charge during 11:30 - 5:30 and if I need more or have a long journey planned and its low on charge, I need to plan in advance.
I went with this boot liner for £32.50....

Fits the CT, ST and Saloon. I have it in my CT and the fit is excellent. No complaints as you can dump your muddy boots on it, then remove and shake at the end of the day.
Hi All,
I've seen lots of threads about painting/wrapping the wheel arches on a CT and I've decided to give wrapping a go myself.
I've wrapped many parts on previous cars with great success and think the arches in gloss black will look amazing. I don't want to remove the arches, just the trim...
I had no idea that the OI worked like this. To make it even smarter, I could actually plug the other electric vehicle into the charger and tell it to charge to 100% getting cheap electricity everynight. This is genius thank you
Great spec car, very similar to what I've just bought.
Good luck trying to get money off the price though, the low spec ones aren't selling very quickly, but the high spec ones last a week at maximum and what with heads up display and Innodrive this won't hang around.
When you say it just works, do you have turn off the smart charging for the 2nd car? I need the process to be as simple as possible for when the wife charges her car as I'm often away and she needs to just plug in and charge.
I gave up with the Octopus Intelligent smart charging and just have my charger set to charge between 11:30-5:30 every night and get the benefit of the 7p electricity. I then use the Profile in the car to charge up to 85%. If the car is really low on charge, it doesn't hit the 85% but usually...
