I believe there was a debacle with the Porsche dealer's high power chargers which are being devloped in Germany and then supplied to the dealers ( NOT). I know my local dealer doesn't have it yet. They are charging their demo cars at 9.6 KW.

Tire life. The sportier tires just melt away in the heat down here. Plus the staggered tire sizes mean you can't rotate the tires which void the tread life warranty.

I went with standard audio. I have Bose in my other cars.

In the US heated seats are standard. Since I live in Florida I ordered cooled seats, 150 KW charger, big battery ( no choice ), standard interior in gray, rear wheel steering, LCA, Innodrive& ACC, park assist&surround view, 14 way seats,, folding mirrors, "Intelligent" range manager, 25'...

Also the Porsche mats come in different colors but they don't seem to offer rear floor mats (yet). My car will be visiting construction sites and getting saw dust out of carpets is a pain.

I've heard some Taycans come with the AC set to ECO mode. Does your AC work well as you drive the car?

I would think about the the Taycan that burnt down its garage.

Roger. I'm working on that. SAFECO It looks like $2062 annually with $1500 deductible collision and $1000 deductible comprehensive. 500K liability coverage.
