In the US the heat pump is standard equipment.

Is it possible to identify the updated 12 V battery by part number?

The word Valet does not appear in the owners manual so they have free reign with your car including launch control :)

I was told today my VIN number is not required to have WGL2 installed. My car was completed in early July. last part of my VIN is 51744

If all the wiring checks out could you reduce the charging current to 32 Amps to see if that helps the heat situation?

I've had the Porsche All Weather mats in my Spyder for four years with no issues. For some reason I have Weather Tech in my Cayenne.

I am getting my info from my sales advisor, she has access to the Porsche Sales & Vehicle Management System. The status of my car is unchanged from 7/06/2020 when my car actually entered the port.

At the 4:30 PM status update no change to my car's movements in the port.

My car still seems to be in Emden. I'm hoping for some movement today with a ship stopping in Jacksonville.
