The car may have an existing profile that limits charging to 60%. I would try deleting the profile(s). Did you try Direct Charging? Please keep us posted.

The Taycan 12 V battery is relatively small at 60 AH. It is enough to boot up the car and then it is to be kept topped off from the 800 V battery.

I read somewhere that when the car is equipped with rear axle steering the front steering rack has a different ratio. From the pictures the rear axle steering is implemented with what looks like steering rack with an electric drive motor.
