WNW2 was the most recent update that was performed OTA. The update prior was many moons ago so I can't imagine why the dealer is holding up your vehicle. Maybe you are ahead of the rest of us, or your dealer is confused.

Every few minutes PCM is reminding me about this update, and it shows as ready to download, but so far is refusing to do so.
