2022 Taycan CS trunk won’t open

Hey guys, I’ve been fairly lucky and haven’t really had any major issues with my Taycan, nothing at all in the last 2 years. 2 days ago I tried to open my trunk and it wouldn’t open. I’ve tried the key, the button, the motion, and the internal software button and nothing will open it. Everything else works fine. It doesn’t really make a noise when I try to open it. I’ve spoken to my dealership and they had no suggestions. There is no interior emergency release on the Cross Turismo. My local dealership can’t get me in for another month, so I thought I’d see if anyone here has had a similar issue or if you have any suggestions

Yes, there is an internal rope in the truck to open it. I just hope it is mechanical because your problem seems to be with the actuator or electrical. You have to flip the rear seat. Get into the trunk with a flashlight. Open the extra space storage board truck and you will find a white type of rope. I never used it. I can't even see it in the manual.

In my situation water seeped into the hatch lock and froze the mechanism. This happened in the winter time. Brought it into Porsche service and sat overnight and was working. Service checked into the seepage issue on the cross turismos.
