Purchased a new 24 Taycan last Thursday. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I received a call Friday stating they installed the new gateway module (recall item) and it wouldn’t take any updates. They ordered another new gateway module, installed it today, same issue and it won’t accept any software updates. Old module works fine.
Anyone heard of or seen this issue? If they don’t get it resolved tonight they are contacting Porsche support for help. I’m not sure what to do as I’m paying for a brand new car and haven’t even taken possession of it yet.
