4.5 hours ? lol ... Porsche is pushing the cost down to dealers for their SW ineptitude.. My dealer is awesome and speaking to them not one pre 22 Taycan has been done that fast.. plus they are investing in 4 new 'bays' at 18k per for EV's ( antipating the Macan EV)... if they had a clue on how to do OTA Porsche could mitigate some of this... over time I am assuming (hoping !) they eventually will.
My MY22 4S took about 4 hours. I dropped it off mid morning and received a call when they opened the next day that it was ready for pickup. The service dept said the worst case was a MY20 that took three days to get it right.

I didn't get the updated manuals, they said they hadn't arrived yet. No biggie for me as I never even opened the paper manuals

I just did the WNK1 update on my '22 Turbo S. Dropped the car off on Wednesday morning and it was finished by Thursday evening. When I went to pick it up on Friday morning I made an offhand comment about it going more smoothly than I expected. The SA said, "yeah, yours went smoothly. Others... not so much." I'll consider myself lucky.

Porsche Bellevue just pushed out my appointment as they said they are allocating 1 week per Taycan. I was scheduled for mid-August, and they pushed it to mid September and they texted this morning that they need to move it to mid-October. Hearing about it done in 4.5 hours is such a big discrepancy as to what my dealer is telling me.
Just sent my ‘22 Taycan CT in for updates. They said to expect “at least a week” for what its worth

Just completed all three updates. It took two days and the car was ready. Aside from the new tiles look, the braking function appears more linear and overall better feel. The only user settings lost was my phone pairing and the right instrument cluster settings.
Will love to see if OTA come in the future for control module updates and fixes.
Overall - very satisfied.

Just picked mine up yesterday. I dropped it off last Thursday and since Porsche Hawaii service doesn't work weekends, I figured I wouldn't get it until Monday or Tuesday of this week. The only lingering problem I seem to still have is the foot wave to open the rear hatch 90% of the time doesn't work and the lock button on the hatch lid that seems to stop halfway down. I was hoping the software update would fix that but alas...

Just picked up my 2022 after ANA6 this afternoon…drove straight to Electrify America…Plug and Charge didn’t work for the first time since we’ve owned it in April. I was able to (with assistance) initiate a charge through The MyPorsche app for the first time. I know others have had this issue….did it self correct or were other steps required? Porsche customer service had me download the Porsche Charging Service app…toggle off the plug and charge and then toggle it back on. The settings in the car were checked the minute I picked it up….”Plug and Charge” box was and is checked. A little disappointing but we’ll see tomorrow if their tip cleared the issue. If anyone has experienced this, and got it resolved, I’d appreciate hearing from you.

Just dropped my 2022 GTS off on Monday morning for the WNK1 update. I was told they hoped to have it done that day but wouldn’t be surprised if it took until Tuesday. They called me around 4:30 pm Monday evening and told me it would probably be done right at 6 pm but they wanted to have it overnight and it would be ready in the morning on Tuesday.

I went in Tuesday at 9am and the car was ready. SA told me the actual update took almost 4 hours and would have been sooner but we had a decent storm Monday afternoon and it affects the software upload since it is coming to the dealer via satellite from Germanny, not via the internet. Another Taycan was dropped off at the same time as mine but it was a 2021. It was not ready when I picked up my car because it failed in the middle of the update and they had to start over.

Guess I was lucky. Haven’t really noticed any difference driving the car the last 2 days but no new issues either.

Dropped mine off on Tuesday @ 8AM. Told I might get it back by Saturday. They’ve got a line of Taycans in the shop to get the update, so I think my car is just sitting in line waiting for the upgrade equipment.

Yes I did.
I wonder if it is country/region dependent if you get a new printed manual or not.
I did not receive a new printed manual in France, but the app MyPorsche now has a separate tab with the manual.
