2022 Turbo build with PTS

Just got word back on the PTS for Taycan
First build dates are in December.

Shark Blue is not an option.

Here is what is available:
Mexico blue
Voodoo blue
Acid green
Brewster green
There are more but these are the colors I asked for

Thanks for getting this info! It's a bummer that yb won't be available. Still, I think Brewster Green is what I'm looking at then.

I care about resale a lot and that's why Im afraid to go crazy on the specs . If this was any variation of the 911, I would go all out because I know I can get it back one day.
I hope the Taycan is closer to 911s on holding its value

My inspiration for the Mexico Blue was from a GT2 RS. These always get a premium, especially with such long waiting lists and limited windows for PTS production/allocation

I expect Taycan will follow the same resell value trend as the Panamera.

VW is currently having a partnership with QuantumScape to commercialize solid state battery by 2026. It expects to be lighter and has a range of over 500 miles. It can fully charge in less than 10 minutes. If resell is what you care, I will hesitate to go too crazy on options.

I absolutely agree with you. All current EVs using Li Ion are temporary place holders for Solid State.
Indirectly they are compliance cars.

I have to lease this so the MRM is $183,600 for the Turbo. That's where my build is around.
It will be a nice hedge against dramatic depreciation

We will start seeing limited production releases after 2025. I believe that's when we will see the Cayman EV and smaller variants
