2025 Prices

Hi all, just wanted to see if anyone has had luck getting any more than $2265 or whatever off the list price of the new base 2025 models. Looking at the lease terms I was quoted it still seems much cheaper to buy outright rather than lease to buyout even though you don’t get the $7500 tax credit.

I did not find many 2025 frozen blue metallic cars in nationwide US inventory but I suppose I could randomly email those places? It would be nice to pick exactly the options I want though.

I’ve never bought a car before and am not sure how much I’m supposed to try to negotiate.

Go check on leasehacker but i highly doubt they would give out big discount especially when they are still pushing for 24 models rn

There three points of advice I have to share:

• Lease, don't purchase - The uncertainty of future depreciation and technology makes buying an EV irresponsible. You will never be on top of the outcome.
• Consider a MY2024, I negotiated a reduction of 47k off MSRP on a highly optioned 4S.
• I have driven a RWD for 3 years. They are great cars. A MY 2024 4S is much more desirable than a RWD. Keep your options open - MY2025 is a great upgrade, but at what price?
• One extra nugget, negotiate, negotiate, negotiate.

Not exactly what you asked, but unless you need a bit more range, or are dead set on a custom order get a 2023, or 2024 at a killer discount and CPO… You can likely find low miles

Same here, I got close to 30k off my 2024 4sCT which I really enjoy. I leased it due to it being my 1st electric vehicle, I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to commit to a full purchase but I do love it .

If committed to a MY 2025 your calculation that buying a may be a better option - leases are expensive now due to high finance rates and low residuals. Porsche has already factored in lower future residual values so if you have the cash buying may be a better deal. But I agree with others that the discounted pricing on new MY 2024 or used 2023 are so great that it is worth considering that option if you can find the spec you like. The upgrades are not as significant as advertised and you likely won’t notice the difference in most situations . Unless you have a second home or someplace you are trying to go that is reachable without charging for MY 2025 and it’s out of range for MY 2024 then the 10-15 percent increase in real world range doesn’t justify the higher price. The other changes are nominal in my opinion.

Exactly , the improvements are not worth another 50-75k
