Air conditioning problem

The air conditioning in my new Taycan 4s seems to be only circulating warm air.
Has anyone experienced this and if so how can I fix the problem?

I had this issue on a loaner Taycan 4S recently and it was fixed in a few minutes by "re-coding the high pressure valve" - whatever than meant!

Mine wasn't giving out any heat or cold! Apparently a new solenoid required. Working fine .....but only back a few days so fingers ?

Is your air conditioning in Eco mode? Does this happen in all driving modes? In my Taycan 4S, air conditioning is disabled whenever I perform a launch control, at least in sport plus mode. When I switch driving modes, the air conditioning comes back on. I don't know if this is by design, or a failure. (There's nothing in the Good to Know app about this.)

My 4S suddenly started only blowing warm air a couple of days ago. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to have the AMC1 safety recall service performed and will have them look at what may be wrong with the a/c during that appointment.

From reading various threads it sounds like it may be failed O rings, leaking freon, or the heat pump/high voltage pump. Fortunately it is Fall/Winter here in Central Texas but with 90% humidity and a forecast of 80F+ the next several days the 4S may sit in the garage for a few days until the temperature cools down some...

UPDATE: I dropped off my 4S on 23 December for the AMC1 recall and to have my a/c checked. I was able to get hold of a receptionist at the Austin Porsche Service department yesterday and learned that parts have been ordered (she couldn't tell me exactly what parts unfortunately) for the a/c and those parts are scheduled to arrive on 11 January.

Hopefully the problem with the a/c will be resolved once those parts are replaced. I'll provide another update once I learn exactly what the diagnosis was and what parts are being replaced. Until then I'll be putting miles on a brand new base Macan loaner that had just under 1900 miles on it when I picked it up.

UPDATE 2: An email from one of the service advisors indicates that AC pressure sensors (Part #: PAB959603) are the parts that have been ordered for my Taycan.

UPDATE 3: A few hours after receiving the email in Update 2 I received a text that my Taycan was ready to be picked up. After texting with the service advisor it turns out that the receptionist relayed incorrect information about when the AC pressure sensors would arrive - they arrived 3 days prior and had been installed already. They were only waiting on the Mirror Foot Cover that had been broken when I had XPEL reapply tint on my newly replaced windshield and it had arrived the day before and was now installed.

So off we went and turned in the Macan loaner (now with about 2100 miles) and brought out Taycan home. We liked the Macan but there is simply no comparison to the Taycan!
