ANA7 recall...

Hi,

My Taycan 4s does not get updated the miles record on the cloud, and I contacted Porsche connect, they checked with Germany and told me that I need to do the recall for updating ANA7. Does anyone have same experience? How long does it take? Thanks.

I wouldn't necessarily trust feedback from any of us. Each dealership is different in terms of their readiness to support PCM updates. I've had it done on a few hours where others required a day or more. Best to have a Plan B for transportation if you depend on the vehicle and don't have a backup.

This is first time I have read any mention of ANA7 campaign.

Thanks for the comments, the dealer will provide the replacement car for the period of recall, I hope this recall can fix the problem.

This update did not fix the mileage record on the cloud, still the same, I guess it's Japan region's restriction, but it fixed the charging problem, I could not charge at some DC chargers, but after this ANA7 update, it's all fixed, and can charge at any DC chargers.
