If you do end up buying (your own!) mirrors on ebay - remember to give a business address for shipping.

I remember stories of people selling things like RS3 key fobs to get addresses.

First trip from Sheffield to London and using public chargers all worked seamlessly, what did not was having both side mirrors stolen. Had only been parked up for a couple of hours popped back to the car and both mirrors missing…seems all the cables were removed and just the glass taken. The mirror were folded up so obviously they had to force the mirrors down, disappointed that didn’t trigger the alarm…assume stolen to sell???

Yeah weird. Cause i am pretty sure that you need the whole casing thing to be usable. But what do i know.

Crazy, I was just changing my mirror covers to carbon fiber today and as I did it, I kind of chuckled to myself, "Well, now I know how to steal Porsche side mirror glass in about 5 seconds."

And did you steal it?

Found this thread. I am also close to Finchley and also found eurcarparts1 on line with a suspicious number of wing mirror glass items. Last night, had the glass removed on the passenger side. It is just so obvious that this company is going around the area stealing parcel shelves and wing mirrors. And the police do nothing at all. Pathetic.
