Hello folks,

I'm looking to grab these blind-spot aspherical mirrors from suncoast for my used 2020 4S (bought it 3months ago) but I have a few questions:

1. I know I have LCA on this but I am unsure if I have "auto-dimming". How can I tell? My Monroney sticker doesn't indicate this.

2. Is the wiring easy to swap? I'm trying to home-mechanic this.

Thanks!

1. Auto dimming is standard in the US. I went with LCA sans-auto dimming due to the price delta, works fine, no faults on dash. Only downside is sometimes at night it’s a bit harsh.

2. Installation is a 5-minute job.
- I suggest painter taping the interior of the side mirror, and wear gloves
- Adjust the side mirror to all the way down and all the way out
- Slip your finger into the gap and tug, which will pull the mirror out
- Unplug the 2 plugs (1 for LCA, 1 for dimming)
- Install aspherical with above steps in reverse (leaving dimming plug unplugged)

I believe those aspherical mirrors are for driver side only. For the passenger side aspherical mirror, I bought one off eBay from the UK.

Thank you very much for the info! I'll be diving into this soon.
