Ha - just read it and it sounds like lots of previous issues with 'comfort access'. Although I am even more intrigued now as some people refer to Comfort Access as the function that moves the seat and steering wheel when you get in the vehicle, mine does that and so even more confused now. I've just sent a note to Porsche AG to explain the difference between Comfort Access and KeyLess Go FOD options :)

If you want to get even more confused check out this thread: https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/comfort-access-not-working.3973/post-54554 - note that @W1NGE states "Comfort settings are stored with your Porsche Connect ID" which would fit with your experience that the functionality changed when you created/enabled your own ID.

Thanks again, it's so confusing, I am finding comfort though that I'm not the only one that doesn't get it...:)
Interesting that the auto-doors opening on approach worked when I got the vehicle and it was only guest mode sign-in. That's contrary to the discussion in the link you sent me ...
Thanks again !!!

Just found this Porsche bulletin: MC-10179272-0001.pdf ...

Interesting to read "For vehicles with Keyless Go (standard feature)" and "For vehicles with Keyless Entry and Go (standard feature on Turbo models, optional otherwise)". Note the document is dated August 2020 so relates to the earliest Taycan models.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Porsche electronics and software ?.

On the whole my car behaves but sometimes the seat doesn't automatically slide forward when I'm preparing to drive - I have to press the preset button in the door panel. That said I had 3 Panameras before and they all had this same problem.

This is my first ever Porsche and first ever EV so still getting used to it - absolutely love the car, whether comfort access works or not :)

Well - Porshe AG themselves don't know what 'KeyLess Go (RoW) (FoD)' is, even though it's listed as an option on MyPorsche vehicle details and my Vin report as an option that was spec'd with my vehicle.

This is the response from the Porsche AG care agent :
'With regards to KeyLess Go, as this is not a Porsche Connect Service or a Function on Demand, it may be worth speaking with your Sales Advisor to establish what this feature is.'?
The response was really quick so can't fault the responsiveness, it's just not very helpful.
I am just really intrigued as no-one seems to know. I have already been to see my local Porsche Centre about this ?

Also when you store with one of your memory buttons - if one has a key symbol use that one.

Seat and wheel adjustment are part of Clmfort Access but there is more - AC, Radio etc.

It's interesting to read this bulletin as it mentions that Turbos had KeyLess Entry and Keyless Go and mine is a Turbo.. however I note the Porsche bulletin is US and from 2020, still very helpful though - thank you!!
