Blinking red light - no connection to server

I picked up my 2021 4S Cross Turismo yesterday morning, but dealer couldn't help me activate ID. The SOS system was blinking red. Was told that server in Germany needed to be reset. Still blinking red this morning and unable to activate. Any help would be appreciated!

Only your dealer can assist here. Shouldn't have been handed over until this item was fully operational.

The same thing happened to me when I picked up my 4S in July. It takes the servers at PCNA a few days to recognize the car as “sold”. It will self-resolve shortly, as it did with me. Patience grasshopper!

Also interested. I’ve had my 2022 Base for nearly two weeks. Still blinking red and no connection. Dealer was scheduled to pick up the car yesterday to address, but later said that they tried one two days prior and couldn’t do anything yet, so wait. Needed a software patch from Germany or something. Otherwise love the car.

It started working six days after I took delivery of the car. There was nothing the dealer could do. I simply had to wait for Porsche North America/Germany to address the issue.
