Cannot connect to phone or navigation

I'm having exactly the same issue. For the last 24-36 hours, nothing connects. Just stuck on loading device manager.

I've just been told by my dealership that "there is an 'extensive' software update for your Taycan. I can also guarantee this will remedy the issue"
It has to be done at the dealership so need to wait for a scheduled appointment so could be days/weeks with no media, phone etc. Awesome!

I could be wrong but this probably is the same update many of us had and some are having problems since updating.

I suspect it might be. I was scheduled for this update in May, but the dealership called me to reschedule to end of June as they expected a revised update. Letting my dealership sort it out first.
