Are you still unable to log in? Today I have just lost the weather app. It is now greyed out for some reason. Also, when I log into my Porsche website, I can no longer see my Taycan there. I feel this is all really poor.
Yes, still unable to login with my Porsche ID. Hopefully Porsche has this fixed soon. I am sure they will.

I have a MY21 and for the first time in 5 months when I log onto the app (or My Porsche website) I can't see any info on the car. The car shows but charge etc is not current (charge is actually 80% currently).

It shows the car pinging Porsche, but no response from their servers

I was able to get setup when I picked up my MY22 on Thursday but the Porsche connect app is not connecting

Seems like Porsche is either having some outage or is doing some maintenance at the moment. Down here too.

Maybe they are implementing a new version that solves all reported problems ! Tomorrow everybody will be using a flawless Porsche connect app and the CT alarm issue is history.

They let me leave because they said it is a current global issue and Porsche is working on a fix. I was a bit dubious, but he showed me the bulletin indicating this issue so I didn’t feel there was anything else I could do. More concerned now though as I can’t even see my Taycan on the myporsche website and have now lost the weather and calendar apps.
Connect services are down in general today due to web services being migrated to My Porsche App.

Nice of Porsche to communicate same.

Ha ha! It won't be Porsche Connect App as that will be phased out and replaced with My Porsche App (for all Porsche cars).

They probably decided having an app called Porsche Connect was breaching lots of advertising standards because it's never connected.

The fact they need downtime shows their software development practises are very dated.

Seems to be working to some degree. No longer having the constant refresh and appear able to make some changes. But when I go to connection status, it says I have no connection to PCM

Edit - I think that is from my wifi network which is fine because the car isn’t at home.

The pre cursor was called Porsche Car Connect - it worked well 100% of the time but functionality was fairly limited.

I'm not sure why dealers are telling people there is no fix for this. There is definitely a fix which I had performed last week Wednesday before this thread was even started. The dealer needs to perform the "vehicle handover procedure". The service advisor at my dealership said they were briefed on this issue recently by PCNA.

1. Park vehicle outside with good GPS reception for at least 10 minutes and ensure correct time is in the instrument cluster.

2. Reset Over The Air device via tester

3. Terminal 15 OFF then back ON

The SOS LED light should be green and login should be possible.

- I had both the Porsche Connect app and My Porsche app on my phone. So…

1. Deleted both apps off my phone. Turn phone off then on, and reinstalled the MY Porsche app only.

2. Went to car with only my key and phone and logged in successfully! Don’t forget your 4 digit pin . A bunch more functions activated, along with over the air updates. ?

3. SmartLift came available.?

4. Flashing red led by the SOS button is now solid green.?

It was right from pickup. (dec 23), even at the dealer we couldn’t get the Porsche ID to login. A bit frustrating, but as it was getting late we drove home (130km away) in “guest” mode. I read on this forum about the possible app conflicts and tried out what i listed above. Coincidence, good luck ..beats me ?.
The Porsche Pro called me today to follow up… he said I should still be using Porsche Connect as My Porsche is still in the developing stage ???(He agreed it has NOT been a smoothe transition …understatement..)
