Car turns back on after shutoff

Our Taycan is turning itself back on after shutting it off. Odd thing that used to happen to us infrequently is now becoming more frequent.

Park the car - hold power button for a couple of seconds to turn it off - car is off - exit the vehicle - car turns back on within about 10 seconds.

Is there something that we are doing to trigger this behavior. Both my wife and I are starting to see it regularly.

If it detects a key inside the car when you exit the car and close the door. This happens to be all of the time when both my wife and I have our keys on us, and I exit the car and shut the door while she's still sitting on her seat. Is that your case as well?

ahh, that could be it. Yes, I’m typically not alone when it happens.

Last night her purse was in the backseat with the second key.

Yea happens when two keys are nearby. Wife sometimes takes a little longer to get out and it will sometimes restart

It took me a while to figure this out when it happened to me...now my wife gets herself (and the spare key!) away from the car BEFORE I shut it off....!..drove us crazy for a while

You might want to look into one of the myriad of "Faraday pouch" accessories. If the non-active key is encased in one of those, the car wouldn't know it was present.
