After a week of snow storm here in CO. Finally got a change to drive this beautiful car, but found the car won't start. It's locked and all the key fob won't work.
Probably because of 12V battery is dead. Have anyone have the same issue before? I've been checking the battery level on my phone regularly everyday and it's around 60%. So I thought it's safe to wait until weekend to drive it. Sad that it turns out this way..

Planning to call Porsche roadside service later. I'm parking in an apartment complex, not sure if this will cause any issue if they have to flatbed my car to the dealership.

If you can check on the car’s battery through your phone, can’t you unlock it with your phone ?
There also is an emergency unlock procedure, using the physical key stored in the keyfob. It’s described in the manual.

Ironically if your 12V battery is dead it's probably because you were constantly checking your battery....

Yeah I know. I learnt that today… I’ll use the car more often in the future but I was waiting for my winter tires to arrive so can’t drive them I’m the past weeks

What did porsche say was the problem?

I can't imagine a 12V battery got drained to zero in just 2 weeks. There must have been a software bug that allowed some system on the car to be powered on in order to drain that much battery.

I did a jump start and brought the car to the dealership. They said they found nothing, everything was perfect and no trace of battery got drained. Very weird even the system didn't record anything

My car had a software update for 12V battery drain. Car was a few months old. Came out to the garage and it was 100% dead. Towed to dealer, updated, no 12V issues since. (fall '21)
