Nevermind.
I was looking to see if the 4S got the California CARB rating yet, and came across the paperwork for the Turbo and the Turbo S.
However, in big letters it has "cancelled" stamped across both pages.
Here is certificate: https://ww3.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad/cert/pcldtmdv/2020/porsche_pc_a0190275_0_z_e.pdf
Here is site where I found it: https://ww2.arb.ca.gov/eligible-carpool-sticker-list
Ok, found on another site a different certificate that has a later date and is not cancelled: https://ww3.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad/cert/pcldtmdv/2020/porsche_pc_a0190275r1_0_z_e.pdf
Odd that they wouldn't change the link on the site to the correct form instead of having the cancelled one there.
Keeping this up in case someone else sees that cancelled form.
